BGM Elite Digiflex Digital Converting Finishing System
Highly flexible and robust, this full servo re-register flexographic die cutting converting and finishing system, achieves outstanding converting and finishing speeds of up to 160m/min, the Digiflex has been developed to print, apply additional coatings, semi - rotary die cut at DieNamic speeds of up to 110m/min slit and rewind all in register in one or multiple passes
The Digiflex’s servo technology ensures accurate re-registration is maintained throughout all processes, achieving die cut labels in perfect registration. The versatile flexographic print station can be used as a spot register station or simple flood coating station, the semi - rotary die station acheives outstanding speeds, whilst the rapidslit slitting station can automatically scan the label gap and set the slitting blades in seconds
